House Rules for Our Airbnb 1. Check-In and Check-Out • Check-In: from 4:00 PM. Check-Out: by 11:00 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of €90. • Guests who exceed the designated check-out time or delay housekeeping will be liable for any associated costs and expenses. 2. Self Check-In • This is a self-check-in property. You agree to follow the check-in guide provided, which will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. 3. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid excessive noise, especially on balconies and in shared areas. 4. Visitors and Overnight Guests • No unregistered visitors or overnight guests not listed in your reservation. • Unregistered overnight guests will be charged €30 per person, per night. For each guest exceeding the number specified in the reservation, a fee of €50 per night will be charged. 5. No Smoking • Smoking is not allowed in the property. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine €300, plus the costs of cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing any damages. 6. No Pets • Pets are not allowed. Violations of the pet policy may result in a fine. Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. 7. Security and Responsibility • Guests must not have a criminal record and may not bring any weapons onto the property. • Illegal streaming and file sharing over our internet connection are prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of €1000 per day, plus any additional costs that arise from such activities. • The guest is responsible for their behavior online and any resulting costs. 8. Keys and Access • Lost keys will be charged €150. Damaged keys will incur a charge of €100 per key. • Please return the keys to the key safe at check-out. Any costs incurred from locksmith services or additional cleaning due to non-compliance will be charged. 9. Cleanliness and Maintenance • Keep the property clean and tidy. Excessive dirtiness will result in a €135 fee for additional cleaning. • Guests are not allowed to access the cleaning closet or use extra towels/bedding without permission. A fee of €10 will be charged for each unauthorized item used. 10. Use of Facilities • Guests are not allowed to dry washed laundry in the living room, as this can cause mold. • Guests are required to clean any used kitchen utensils and maintain general cleanliness. 11. Community Rules • Guests must adhere to all community rules listed in the property or on the premises. 12. Maximum Occupancy • No more than 7 people are allowed on the premises at any time. 13. Commercial Use and Illegal Activities • Commercial use, including prostitution and unauthorized commercial photography/videography, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. 14. Fees and Penalties • Smoking: €300 per day. • Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: €90. • Lost keys: €100 to €150. • Unregistered overnight guests: €30 to €50 per person, per night. • Illegal streaming/file sharing: €1000 per day. • Additional cleaning: €135. • Unauthorized use of extra towels/bedding: €10 per item. 15. Liability • Guests are responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during their stay. If a violation of the house rules results in a discount or refund to the next guest, the responsible party will cover the associated costs. 16. Children • Children are welcome but must be included in the reservation. If you need a crib or high chair, please notify us the day before your arrival. 17. Local Bookings • Guests are not allowed to book a reservation in their hometown unless previously discussed with us. 18. Good Faith • By booking, you agree to act in good faith and not to attempt to damage the property or the host’s business.
